2)      Get to know our Clients – Thoroughly and Completely:  The best solution is always custom for each client.  We need to ask questions and our Clients need to share in order to deliver on the promise.  We don’t always know what is or is not important at any point in time so we ask for your cooperation as we build our understanding so we can best support you.
